The EML30 is a series of open frame and encapsulated AC-DC single output power supplies
designed for medical applications. The series provides a number of flexible mechanical options
including PCB mount, open frame, chassis mount with screw terminals and a DIN Rail option. With
approvals to world-wide medical safety standards, compliance with class B for both conducted and
radiated emissions and a 130%, 30s peak load capability, these class II isolation parts benefit
system designers with easy integration into the latest healthcare products and applications. -

The ECS25, 45 & 60 Series has been designed to minimise the no load power consumption and maximise efficiency in order to
facilitate equipment design to the latest environmental legislation.
Approved for Class I and Class II applications, this range of single output AC-DC power supplies feature very high convection cooled
power density in an industry leading 2” x 3" (51.0 mm x 76.2 mm) footprint. The very low profile, 1U compatible supplies meet
EN55011/32 Level B conducted emissions with low earth leakage currents of 80 μA at 115 VAC or 160 μA at 230 VAC. Making these
switchers ideal for industrial, IT and medical applications.
The series has single output versions from 5 V to 48 VDC, adjustable by ±10%. They are dual-fused for compliance with IEC60601-1
and efficiency up to 89%, so minimal excess heat is generated. They will deliver up to 60 W of power at +50 °C and up to +70 °C
with derating. -

The FCS40 series is designed to minimize the no load power consumption and maximize efficiency
to facilitate equipment design to meet the latest environmental legislation. Approved for medical and
ITE applications in either Class I or Class II installations, this range of single output AC-DC power supplies
are packaged in a low profile 1.04” height with a foot print of just 2” by 3”. The FCS40 provides up to
40W convection-cooled over the full 90-264 VAC input range, and operates down to 80 VAC with minimal
de-rating. The power supply features two AC line fuses and low leakage currents required by medical applications. The low profile, low noise and safety
approvals covering ITE and medical standards allows the versatile FCS40 series to be used in a wide range of applications. -

The ECP130 provides up to 130 W force-cooled or | 100 W convection-cooled leading to very high power densities of 19.7 W/in3 or 15.1 W/in3 respectively. The power supply contains two fuses and low leakage currents as required by medical applications and is safety approved to operate in a 70 °C ambient. The low profile and safety approvals covering ITE and medical standards along with conducted emissions to EN55011/32 level B allow the versatile ECP130 series to be used in a vast range of applications. -
